The regional products come from the local farms and our own house.

  Do you want to surprise the people that stayed at home or take some of the delicious regional products with you? We are happy to provide you with a personal Holiday-Souvenir-bowl or a very special souvenir with our biological treats – reminiscing a very unique holiday on our farm or the alp Astenrast.
• Lunch and dinner
  If you prefer not to cook for yourself during your holidays, you are more than welcome to eat delicious Tyrolese delicacies including an Italian flair in our venerable partner firm tavern fortress Heinfels—which is only 2.5km away from the house Pitterl
• We kindly inform our guests about our non-smoker protection.

• Payment methods: cash or bank transfer in advance
• Children free till 5,99 years
• Local tax: as of 11.09.2017: € 2.00 per person/day, below 15 being tax-exempt
• Final cleaning: € 35.00
• Pets: are not allowed
• Check in: from 14:00
• Check out: till 10:00

• Cancellation:
  The proprietor may rescind the accommodation agreement for objectively justified reasons by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival.
  
  The guest may rescind the accommodation agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival without being liable to pay a cancellation fee.
  
  Outside the specified period the guest may only rescind the accommodation agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:
  - 1 month at the latest before arrival 40 % of the total cost
  - 1 week at the latest before arrival 70 % of the total cost
  - during the last week before arrival 90 % of the total cost
  - No show: 100% of the total cost
  
  The deposit will only be refunded in case of a cancellation till 3 months at latest before arrival.
